Harrison park closed after vandalism creates an unsafe playground

HERMISTON, Ore.- 

According to Hermiston Parks and Recreation, Harrison park was vandalized. The glass backboard on the basketball court was shattered with pieces of glass intentionally buried in the wood mulch on the playground.
