Job Description

S & T Window Films is a minority and veteran-owned small business based in Rochester, WA. We are currently expanding and are looking for installers to join our growing team to work in Thurston County, King County, Pierce County, Grays Harbor, and other surrounding areas.

As a window film installer, you are a key member of our team and responsible for the quality and efficient performance of window film installation and removal for commercial and residential projects. One must accurately measure, cut, and install film for our customers while maintaining high levels of professionalism, displaying a strong work ethic, and showing incredible attention to detail.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. A safe driving record and experience driving vans is a plus.

  • Self-motivated individuals

  • Superior customer service skills, a genuine desire to help others, and a team player mentality.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Scheduling flexibility.

  • Must be dependable, and are able to work independently

  • Read a tape measure, handle basic hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time

  • Ability to work on high ladders and lifts

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instruction in English
